1. Refund Request Window

Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. After this period, no refund requests will be considered.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Each request will be reviewed and validated based on the specifics of the situation.

3. Approval of Refunds

If the refund request is approved after validation, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Refunds will only cover the amount paid for the service in question. Any additional costs or expenses incurred by the client will not be refunded.

Certain services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These services will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
